Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Oliver’s Gut™. If you or your dog are not completely happy with your purchase, you can receive a full refund (minus a processing fee of $9) within 30 days of your purchase date.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@oliversgut.com. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are limited to one per customer and not permitted for purchases of 3 or more items. We'll happily replace any damaged or defective items. Just email us to arrange an exchange.
Upon the successful receipt and verification of your return, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, the credit amount will then post to the credit card or initial payment method shortly after.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if item is defective, opened, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We reserve the right to update this Return Policy whenever necessary. The good news is, you'll always be covered by the policy that was in place on the day you purchased your chews, not the day you return them.
